Sleeper sofas are as helpful in cramped apartments because they are in large homes. And they not just look great — they’re comfortable, too.

- Anthony Mellor: Put plastic bin bags on top of cushions to slide in then pull plastic bags out when foam in place . Makes it so easy x
- Sean Regehr: My only suggestion is that rear support sides should have been left as a single sheet/piece. The angled cuts could have been made still and this would save time, cuts, magnets, painting and attaching the two magnetic support pieces, not to mention potentially misplacing them. Additionally you could optionally round the back corners that would otherwise require lifting in order to recline. (16:51) This would lend itself well to cutting the rear panel with an angle on the bottom so it can sit flush and add rigidity.
